Terms of participation:
1. The event is the performance tour of Randonneurs Hongrie which has no connection with the Audax Club Parisien. We organize it as an independent performance tour.
2. The tour is part of the Randonneurs Hongrie Cup. The cup has got 4 categories: 50, 100, 150 and 200 km. For obtaining this cup you have to fulfill at least 3 such a tour with the adequate distance in 2017. If you fulfill tours with different distances, the three longest and among them the shortest tour determine the category. The reward of the cup is a diploma and a unique medal. The diploma can be downloaded from the website after the tour series. And the fee of the unique medal is 2,000 Ft or 7 Euro.
3. You can fulfill the tour only on the official date.
4. A diploma is included in the basic fee of the tour which can be downloaded from the website after the event. The registration fee of 13 Euro/3,500 Ft contains the diploma and the official medal of the Randonneurs Hongrie created for this event as well.
5. You have to be self-supporting during the event. So we recommend that you go with a bike in good repair and with good endurance.
6. It is recommended to wear a helmet throughout the event. You must respect and obey the Hungarian traffic laws.
7. In case of bad weather we will postpone the event. For the new date see the homepage. You can carry the unspent fee forward to one of the next tours, or we will refund it to you if you ask.
