Terms of participation for the 327 and 714 km long courses:

1. The event is the performance tour of Randonneurs Hongrie which has no connection with the Audax Club Parisien or Les Randonneurs Mondiaux. We organize it as an independent performance tour.

2. The aim of the tours are to show the most beautiful sights of the Bakony and the Northern Transdanube. You can participate on the tours as tourist or as performance-oriented tourist as well. You have to verify your performance with any bill at the finish (and also at the start in the case of individual participants) and with selfies or pictures about your bike on the intermediate checkpoints. The one and only requirement is that the name of the bill's issuer and the time must be properly readable. But it isn't a problem if the centre of the issuer and therefore the settlement on the bill and the settlement of the last checkpoint are different.

3. You can fulfill the tour on the official date and as individual tourist AS WELL.

4. A diploma is included in the basic fee which can be downloaded from the website after the tour. The registration fee of 13 euro/3,500 Ft contains the diploma and the official medal of the Randonneurs Hongrie created for this event as well. (The medal will be sent later by post.)

5. You have to be self-supporting during the event. So we recommend that you go with a bike in good repair and with good endurance. There is no drop bag service on the tour.

6. It is recommended to wear a helmet throughout the event. A reflective vest must be worn, and also head- and rear lights must be used during hours of darkness or other low-light conditions. You must respect and obey the Hungarian traffic laws.

7. We won't check the technical condition of your bike and its conformity with the Hungarian traffic laws. Nevertheless, please respect and obey the Hungarian traffic laws!

8. The event will be held regardless of weather conditions.

9. Map: Road map of Hungary. We will give you a detailed route description and a GPS file.
